Remote Penguin is made for startups, small and medium businesses, big businesses, freelancers, marketing agencies, marketers, entrepreneurs who needs professional design, social media management and virtual services on an ongoing basis at an affordable price.

RemotePenguin’s ‘unlimited design, social media management, admin’ means you can submit as many design and/or social media management and/or virtual assistant tasks as you wish. We will work on the tasks in the order that they are submitted. You can prioritize a task by moving it to the top of section and/or letting your project manager know. In most cases, one or two tasks are worked on concurrently and most tasks are be completed in 24-48 hours. Some task may take longer depending on the nature and complexity of the task. We will indicate how much time a task is likely to take on the task’s card on the project management software.

The prices for our services are stated in USD.

For Creative Solo Plans, only one or two designers, OR social media manager OR virtual assistant would be working on your tasks. For example, if you signed up for a Creative Solo Plan for design, we can only work on tasks for design and not on other tasks such as social media management. 

For Ultimate Starter Plans, you will be assigned with one or two designers, AND social media managers AND virtual assistants. We can work on tasks on design, social media management, and admin if you sign for the Ultimate Starter Plan.

Yes, you are more than welcome to sign up for multiple plans.

Most tasks are completed in 24-48 hours. Some task may take longer depending on the nature and complexity of the task. We will indicate how much time a task is likely to take on the task’s card on the project management software.

It depends on the complexity of the tasks and estimated time it takes to complete each tasks. For simpler and less time-intensive tasks, two tasks would be worked on concurrently for Creative Solo and Ultimate Starter plans and three to four tasks would be worked on concurrently for Creative Duo and Ultimate Premium plans.

For more complex, and time-intensive tasks, one task would be worked on for Creative Solo and Ultimate Starter plans and two tasks would be worked on concurrently for Creative Duo and Ultimate Premium plans.

Each client will be assigned one project manager and one to three designers or virtual assistants depending on the package and the type of requests.

If you need the work completed urgently, you can let your project manager know and we will try to help you meet your deadline.

Yes, definitely! You can submit as many requests as you wish. However, each task would be worked on based on their queue.

Yes, you can submit requests for as many brands as you wish.

You can move the task card on the project management software to the Revision section. You should also include details and specifications on the card so we know what needs to be changed for the revision.

Most revisions take around 24 to 48 hours. We will give you an estimate on how long the revision will take in the task card on our project management software.

Our team members are full-time employees located around the work and work remotely in different timezones. 

There are no hidden fees. All taxes and fees are included in the package price.

No, you do not have to sign a long-term contract with us. You can sign up for our services for as short as one month or longer (1 year) if you wish to get additional discounts on our service.
